Directions
Directions (Adults): Mix 1 scoop in 250 ml of liquid (scoop included). Take 2-3 hours before or after taking other medications or antibiotics. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/ physician if you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/ physician prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/ doctor/physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days. Inform your healthcare practitioner that you are taking this product as it provides biotin in amounts which may interfere with laboratory tests. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteriod treatment). May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances. Stop use if laxative effect occurs.
